Painting Area Set Up

1) Easel: Get your easel as vertical as you can

2) Light Source: 5000K LED Light Panels or 5000K 4-ft long florescent tube lights are best for giving a more even light. You can get these on Amazon or at Home Depot and Lowes

3) Light source for right handed painter: Light coming from the left side, high and behind the artist. Most of the glare will reflect down from the canvas area and off to the side for the palette.

4) Light source for left handed painter: Light source for left handed painter: Light coming from the right side, high and behind the artist. Most of the glare will reflect down from the canvas area and off to the side for the palette.

A set-up like this will bounce the light away from you getting rid of glare off your canvas and palette
